Members & roles#

A workspace is meant to be shared: invite colleagues and customers, each with a role. The Members page (from the workspace switcher) lists members, pending invitations and used seats.

Roles#

Role	Access
owner	Owner: everything, including deleting the workspace
admin	Admin: members, billing, settings
editor	Editor: folders, documents, templates, registries
viewer	Viewer: read-only

Only workspace admins manage members; billing requires owner or admin.

Invite: a 7-day link#

No automatic e-mail: create an invitation link (address + role), forward it to the person — they sign up with the same e-mail and join the workspace. The link expires after 7 days; regenerate or revoke it from the pending invitations. The switcher links straight to the modal via #invite.

Seats#

Each plan includes a seat count: a plan that no longer allows adding members returns an explicit error. Removing a member frees their seat immediately; leaving a workspace loses access to its content.
